1-Wash your pillow cases. Washing your pillow cases once a week is a great way to prevent break outs because the pillow cases accumulate left over make up, sweat , dirt and oil from your skin and hair.

2-Wash your hands before washing your face. Make sure to always have your hands clean before touching your face to prevent contaminating your skin from bacteria’s.

3-Get enough sleep. The skin repairs itself at night and not getting enough sleep stresses the skin out causing break outs and pre mature wrinkles.

4-Drink water. Water flushes toxins out of your body so it clears the skin of any dirt and bacteria. Water also helps  your skin maintain moisture which will than increase the skins elasticity.

4-Exfoliate. Exfoliating the skin twice a week is key for maintaining healthy and clear skin. Exfoliating removes old layers of dead skin sitting on the face.

5-Moisturize. Moisturizing is great for maintaining the skins hydration levels. It makes a barrier on the skin to block the pollution from damaging the skin. Moisturizing the skin is controversial for people with oily skin but there’s great moisturizers specifically for oily skin.

6-Sunscreen (SPF). Wearing sunscreen everyday protects the skin from the suns harmful ultraviolet rays. It protects the skin from sun damage, discoloration, dark spots, wrinkles and loose skin.

7-Picking the right face wash for your skin type. You should know what kind of skin type you have before picking a face wash. Everyone has different types of skin. One product might work for someone else but not for you.

8-Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is a natural antibacterial. It helps kill bacteria. Aloe Vera prevents future break outs. This goes for people who are acne prone and for people who are not acne prone it helps soothe the skin and works as a great moisturizer.

9-Garnier Micellar Water. I love this product! It removes all the left over make up and dirt from the skin.

Making at home face masks. Making at home face masks are my favorite especially because you know what your putting on your skin. Using antioxidants like strawberries, blueberries and blackberries will help keep the skin glowing.

10-Take your time to let your skin care products penetrate. While doing your daily and nightly skin care routine let each product sit for a few seconds before applying the next one to let it penetrate deep into the skin.

11-Facials. Facials refresh, relax and rejuvenate the skin from the air pollution and sun damage. Facials are important for the skin's health.

12-Self care. Take care of yourself, find time for yourself. Self care is so important for your overall health and skin care. The less stress you have the better your skin will look.
